Please take a moment to read my Payment Policy for Services Agreement.

This agreement applies only to Mobile Loan Closing Services and may Change as Needed.

Payment Policy for Services Agreement

All payments are due in full upon loan funding or within 30 days of closing/appointment date.
If payment is not received within the 30 days, at 31 days a one time late payment fee of $25 will incur on the overdue amount owed with a 3% charge to be assessed every 30 days on unpaid balance.

Cancelled/Rescinded Loans: Will Discuss at Time of Appointment Request

No Signs: To Be Determined. Fee will be dependent on travel, expenses incurred(electronic documents printed, etc), and time spent at the closing with the borrower.

Cancellation of Loan before Travel: If documents for closing have been printed, a fee for printing will be assessed, if no documents have been printed there will be no fee assessed.
